Heidi and Laura form our reception / administration team. They are the first people you will see when you come into clinic or hear when you phone us. We understand that coming into an aesthetics clinic for the first time can be a bit daunting but Laura and Heidi are on hand with some calming words and a friendly smile.
Heidi and Laura work hard behind the scenes, following up on enquires, ordering stock and preparing our social media posts and newsletters. They are both very knowledgeable about the treatments and have a keen interest in aesthetics. We are very lucky to have them.
