Consultations
We offer a complimentary 30 min consultation with our Nurse Prescriber Laura Arena. If you cancel your consultation within 24 hours or fail to attend, a £50 deposit will be required to rebook the consultation (The terms and conditions of booking a treatment appointment then apply).
We offer a 1 hour skin consultation with our advanced skin specialist Claire Hodkinson. There is a £25 charge for this appointment redeemable against skincare/skin treatments. You will be sent a payment link to pay the £25 in order to secure the appointment. If you cancel your consultation within 24 hours or fail to attend, the charge will be retained.
Treatment Appointments
All treatment appointments require a £50 deposit on booking before approval. This is fully redeemable against the treatment on the day.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled (with no rebooking) up to 48 hours of your appointment.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment.
When appointments are cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours, you will lose the deposit paid to secure the appointment and you will be required to give a deposit for your next appointment.
Deposits are fully refundable only in the following circumstances - if 48 hours’ notice is given for any cancellations or if you are deemed unsuitable for treatment.
Review Appointments
All botox review appointments for dose adjustment need to be carried out between 2 and 3 weeks after treatment to prevent treatment resistance.
Lateness Policy
Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed that day. If you are more than 15 mins late, you will lose the deposit paid to secure the appointment and you will be required to give a deposit for your next appointment. Please inform us if you are running late on 01234 385718.
No Shows
You will lose the deposit paid to secure the appointment if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment and you will be required to give a deposit for your next appointment.
Courses of treatments
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full at the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.
Treatment courses and packages are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
