With over two decades of nursing experience, Laura has a rich clinical background, having qualified in 1997. Her career spans various roles, including working on a maxillofacial ward, in outpatient departments, and as a senior ward nurse in a private hospital. This extensive experience enables her to provide safe, personalised care in aesthetic treatments.

Katherine Warner
Aesthetic Skin Therapist
Katherine is an experienced Aesthetic Skin Therapist, holding an NVQ Level 4 in Advanced Skincare. She has expanded her expertise through ongoing training in specialised treatments, including RF Microneedling, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. Over the past three years, she has also developed a strong focus on laser hair removal, a passion she discovered during her training.
With experience at a leading skin therapy chain and high-end spas, Katherine brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to skincare. She is committed to addressing each client’s unique skin concerns and takes pride in creating a warm, positive experience for everyone she works with.
Lauren Thompson (BSc Hons ADULT NURSING)
Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber
With a solid foundation in nursing since qualifying in 2016, Lauren brings a wealth of medical experience to her aesthetics practice. Her clinical background includes working across a range of healthcare settings, notably in dermatology, where she developed a deep understanding of skin health and patient care.
Lauren launched her own aesthetics business in 2019, driven by a passion for helping clients feel confident and empowered through safe, effective treatments. In 2023, she completed her Level 7 Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables with Harley Academy – a qualification that is Ofqual-regulated and approved by the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP). This advanced training ensures she delivers the highest standard of clinical excellence in every procedure.
Fully insured and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), Lauren is also a member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), reflecting her ongoing commitment to professionalism, safety, and continuous learning in the field of medical aesthetics.
Lauren believes that aesthetic treatments should be carried out in a safe, clinical environment by qualified professionals. Her approach is always personalised, aiming to enhance natural beauty while supporting her clients’ confidence and wellbeing.

Heidi is the organisational mastermind at Nuvo Aesthetics, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. With exceptional attention to detail and a passion for outstanding client care, she is dedicated to providing a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor.

I had such a good experience with Laura. She is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and cautious in the best possible way. I tend to react very strongly to Botox, and Laura really took the time to assess my face properly, explain everything clearly, and adjust the treatment to suit me rather than doing a “standard” approach. She prioritised natural movement, balance and safety, and I felt completely listened to throughout. Even when discussing future tweaks, she was realistic and careful rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. The results already feel softer and more natural than previous experiences. If you’re someone who wants subtle, thoughtful results and a practitioner who genuinely knows what she’s doing, Laura is exactly who you want.
