I had such a good experience with Laura. She is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and cautious in the best possible way. I tend to react very strongly to Botox, and Laura really took the time to assess my face properly, explain everything clearly, and adjust the treatment to suit me rather than doing a “standard” approach. She prioritised natural movement, balance and safety, and I felt completely listened to throughout. Even when discussing future tweaks, she was realistic and careful rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. The results already feel softer and more natural than previous experiences.
