Polynucleotides Questions
Polynucleotides are suitable for all ages. As the product is derived from animal sources, it is unsuitable for vegetarians, vegans, or those with fish allergies. It is also not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, similar to other injectable treatments.
The initial treatment consists of three sessions, spaced two to three weeks apart. Follow-up treatments are recommended every six months to maintain optimal results. Polynucleotide injections can be combined with other treatments depending on your concerns.
Results may start to appear four weeks after the first treatment, with the most noticeable improvements occurring two months after the second treatment.
Pain is minimal due to the use of topical numbing cream and fine needles. You can resume normal daily activities right after treatment. Small bumps where the product was injected typically dissipate within hours or days. Redness, bruising, or swelling may occur. Laura Arena, Nuvo Aesthetics’ Nurse Injector, uses a specific needle called the “TSK invisible needle,” which minimizes the risk of bruising.

I had such a good experience with Laura. She is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and cautious in the best possible way. I tend to react very strongly to Botox, and Laura really took the time to assess my face properly, explain everything clearly, and adjust the treatment to suit me rather than doing a “standard” approach.
