What is Hydromax?
Stylage® HydroMax is an advanced injectable skin booster designed to improve skin hydration, elasticity, texture and overall skin quality. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, HydroMax is not intended to create volume or alter facial contours. Instead, it works within the skin to deeply hydrate, regenerate and improve the skin's structure from within.
The treatment contains a unique combination of cross-linked and free hyaluronic acid, alongside sorbitol, an antioxidant that helps the skin retain moisture for longer. This innovative formulation provides long-lasting hydration and supports healthier, smoother and more radiant-looking skin.

Stylage® HydroMax is injected into the deep dermis, where it delivers hydration and improves skin quality at a deeper level. Depending on the treatment area and practitioner preference, it can be administered using either a fine needle or a cannula.
The procedure typically takes around 30 minutes and is performed in clinic with minimal disruption to your day.
Is Hydromax painful?
Most patients find HydroMax very tolerable. The treatment involves either a series of small injections, or a cannula and any discomfort is usually mild and short-lived. A topical numbing cream can be applied beforehand to maximise comfort during the procedure.

The number of treatments required will vary depending on your skin condition and treatment goals. Most patients benefit from an initial course of 2 sessions spaced approximately 3–4 weeks apart.
Maintenance treatments are typically recommended every 4–6 months to help maintain optimal hydration and skin quality.
Many patients notice an improvement in skin hydration and radiance within the immediately following treatment. Results continue to develop gradually as the skin becomes increasingly hydrated and rejuvenated from within.
Hydro Skin Boosters and Stylage® HydroMax complement each other perfectly because they target different levels of the skin. HydroMax involves minimal downtime, making it an excellent treatment for those with busy lifestyles. Following treatment, you may experience mild redness, swelling, tenderness or small injection marks, which typically settle within 24–48 hours.
Most patients can return to their normal daily activities immediately after treatment, although strenuous exercise, excessive heat exposure and alcohol consumption are generally best avoided for the first 24 hours.

I had such a good experience with Laura. She is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and cautious in the best possible way.
